We meet at your plot or property, listen carefully to your vision, and give you an honest view of what it will take: scope, budget range and timeline.
Design & Planning
Together with your architects, we refine the design, fix the specification and budget, secure licences and agree a detailed programme before work begins.
Construction
Our craftsmen build. A dedicated director runs the site, with weekly reports and photo and video updates wherever you are in the world.
Handover & Aftercare
A rigorous snagging process, a complete handover file and a named aftercare contact — because our responsibility does not end when the keys change hands.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most of our new builds take between 14 and 30 months from the start of construction, depending on size, plot and complexity. Planning and licences are additional. We agree a detailed programme with you before work begins and report against it every week.
Before construction starts, we agree a detailed specification and cost plan with you. Changes are priced and approved in writing before they happen, so there are no surprises. Transparency on cost is a principle, not a feature.
Yes. We coordinate with your architect and the local authority throughout the planning and licensing process, and manage the technical documentation required to build legally on the Costa Blanca.
Absolutely. We are happy to build to the design of the architect and interior designer you have chosen — or to introduce you to partners we trust if you are starting from scratch.
Every build carries the statutory warranties under Spanish building law, including ten years for structural elements. Beyond that, our aftercare programme means we remain your first call if anything ever needs attention.
