Nurah is founded on a simple idea: that great homes are made in the details no one thinks to ask about. The junction between stone and glass. The tolerance of a door. The silence of a well-built wall.
That conviction guides every decision we make — whom we hire, which materials we specify, how we run a site — and it is what we offer every client alongside the building itself.

Our Story
How Nurah Began
Nurah began with a frustration shared by people who love fine buildings: that too many luxury homes are let down by the way they are built. Beautiful drawings, compromised in construction. Promises made at the start, forgotten on site.
We decided to do it differently. A small team. The best trades on the coast, hand-picked and supervised personally. A single point of contact for every client. And a refusal to start any project we could not finish properly.
Today Nurah builds a limited number of homes at a time, so that each one receives the attention it deserves. Our reputation rests on the finished houses — and on the clients who recommend us to their friends.

Works Director
Ángela directs each project and its construction from the first drawing to handover, making sure every design and construction decision is carried out exactly as intended and that the result lives up to the commission.
Raúl
Site Execution Director
Raúl runs the work on site: he plans every phase, coordinates the trades, checks materials and quality, and keeps programme and budget on track.
Héctor
Commercial Director
Héctor is the first face of Nurah: he listens to what each client wants to build and sets out scope, budget and timeline clearly from day one, then makes sure what is agreed is delivered.
