About the Project
Some commissions test every discipline a construction company has. Villa Serenissima is one of them: six bedroom suites, a 25-metre lap pool, a private wine cave excavated from the hillside, and an elevator, all delivered to a standard of finish that rivals the best hotels. Each suite was fitted out with a different interior designer, and our project team coordinated every trade, every sample approval and every delivery so that the house came together as a single, coherent piece of work.
