Over het project
Restoring a historic finca asks for patience and humility. We documented every stone, re-laid the original walls with traditional lime mortar, and rebuilt the roof with reclaimed terracotta. Inside, discreet modern systems — underfloor heating, concealed air conditioning, full automation — make a 200-year-old house as comfortable as a new one.
