Villa Lumière was a dated house with good bones and a great position. We opened the plan, raised the ceilings, replaced every window and re-clad the exterior in warm lime render, transforming it into a bright, contemporary home. New pool, new kitchen, new everything — delivered while the owners lived abroad, with weekly photo and video reports from site.
